Sheena joined Birchwood Veterinary Clinic’s ward staff in February 2022, bringing with her an impressive 16 years of experience in the veterinary industry. Her deep-rooted passion for animals started young, growing up in a lively household filled with pets of all shapes and sizes.

Sheena has a special place in her heart for the misfit kitties and has rescued quite the small menagerie over the years. She’s rarely seen without her beloved cerebellar cat, Beaker- affectionately known around the clinic as her P.I.C. (partner in crime).

As Birchwood’s inventory pro, Sheena keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, making sure the clinic stays stocked and ready for any situation. Her keen organizational skills and veterinary knowledge make her an invaluable part of the team.

When she’s off the clock, Sheena enjoys kayaking and hiking with her sweet puppy Ellie, curling up with a good book, or diving into her favorite video games. She also shares her life with a wonderful husband who’s just as cat-crazy as she is.
