From a young age, Carrie always had a love for animals, which naturally led her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. After completing her Veterinary Assistant course in 2022, she jumped into clinic life with both feet and hasn’t looked back. She plays a key support role in the day-to-day flow of appointments and procedures, helping prepare surgical packs, assisting with patient care, and supporting diagnostic tasks like bloodwork and ear cytology under the guidance of our RVTs and doctors.
She especially enjoys working with cats, ferrets, and guinea pigs. The quirkier the personality, the better! Her bubbly personality and calm, can-do attitude make her a joy to work with and a master of keeping spirits high, even on the busiest days.
Outside of the clinic, Carrie is a proud cat mom to five feline companions and loves spending time with her family. When she’s not wrangling kitties or cuddling one of her crew, you’ll often find her crafting with her Cricut, metal stamping, baking something sweet, or perfecting her sourdough skills
