What is RHD?

Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease is a highly contagious, often fatal viral disease. It affects both wild and domestic rabbits. It can cause sudden fever, internal bleeding and can be fatal.

How is it spread?

It spreads rapidly through direct contact or contaminated environments. There is no cure available, making vaccinating your rabbits an important part of their annual exams.
